Your people & capability
We help you bring your people & operations together to build the foundations your business needs to realise the potential of AI.
Challenges facing organisations in realising value with AI
The organisation:
Rethinking work

88% of firms have adopted AI, but only 6% are redesigning their structure. Those who do are 1.6x more likely to succeed. (Stanford (2026), Deloitte (2025/26)

Effectiveness comes from rethinking how work happens when the tools move faster than the process.

The people:
Protecting the mind

As AI does more, humans switch off leading to a 19% drop in the quality of their own work. (HBS/BCG).

Focusing on efficiency damages how people work. Human judgment must be protected, or your team loses the ability to think for themselves.

The AI:
Oversight

Many rely on AI output without evaluating accuracy (66%) & make mistakes in their work due to AI (56%).(MIT/ArXiv 2026)

As we move from chatbots to autonomous agents, human oversight becomes the only way to manage quality, the system scales errors as quickly as it scales work.

The data from Stanford and MIT is clear: the gap between the best and the rest isn't the technology you buy. It's the fit you design.

If you bolt AI onto an old way of working, you hit a wall. If you redesign the system to sync with the machine, you get a multiplier effect. We work with you to make that happen.
